- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 red paprika
- 1/2 cup of semi hard cheese (by your choice)
- 4 large slices of smoked ham
- 4 bbq sticks
- parsley (or basil)
Cut the meat into thin fillet. It is important to be very thin. Season it with parseli or basil, salt and pepper. Put the red paprika slices on chicken fillet and afther that goes slice of smoked ham and some cheese. Roll the meat and cut the rolls with a sharp knife. Stab the rolls on the bbq sticks and grill them.
For side dish you can do mash pottatoes and (or) grilled mushrooms!
