Ingredients:
1 package boneless skinless chicken thighs (around 8 thights)
Mix these ingredients and set aside:
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
In second cup mix this ingredients and set aside:
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Mix these ingredients and set aside:
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder

In second cup mix this ingredients and set aside:
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Untuck chicken thighs so they are flat. Season both sides of chicken with first mix, set flat onto sheet pan. When all chicken has been seasoned
put under broiler.
Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side and turn to another side .Then cook for a 5-6 minutes.Now it's time to cover the chicken with second mixtur .Don't leave empty spots. Add it to oven again and let it cook under the broiler for a 2 or 3minutes until the honey starts to thicken up and glaze. Depends on oven temperature. Don't worry if it smokes, it is normal. . Take chicken out of oven and let rest for a few minutes. Then slice the chicken and enjoy!
