Chicken breasts with mushrooms and vegetables



Ingredients:

2 onions
1 large carrot
1 red sweet pepper
1 green sweet pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
broccoli or other vegs you like
2 c. sliced mushrooms (6-8 mushrooms)
olive oil
salt,pepper, chive





Instructions:

Slice the chicken breasts and add some salt, papper and some ground pepper. Then cut the vegetables and mushrooms to equal peaces.

Heat up the olive oil in wok and then add the chicken. After about 2 to 3 min add the onion, carrots, broccoli, sweet pepper and stir it for about 5 mins on average temperature. Then add some mushrooms and cook it for another 5 minutes. Vegetables must remain crispy but not overcooked. When finished, add a pinch of chive on top adn serve the dish with rice.

Hi Kristy and Karel, sorry if I mislead you. I added some soy sauce just before it was finished. It was ok but i think it would be much better without soy sauce. Im sorry again, ill replace the photo when i make this dish again.

I agree Karel, it looks like a sauce was used, teriyaki or soy.

I make a similar dish minus the mushrooms add chestnuts and snap peas... You should add teriyaki and brown sugar with red pepper flakes if you like spicy.
